📋 Description

• Develop and manage new and existing business across assigned customer accounts • Promote and sell Bio-Techne solutions and products • Define and deploy prospecting and customer loyalty actions • Build and maintain strong customer relationships • Conduct commercial negotiations at all levels • Ensure high-quality preparation of technical documentation, pricing, and contracts • Participate in professional events • Analyze sales data and report commercial activities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences or a related scientific field • Solid understanding of the Life Sciences market • Proven experience in a sales-driven, target-oriented environment • Experience using CRM systems (SFDC preferred) • Ability to track ROI and key performance indicators (KPIs) • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word • Professional working proficiency in English
