• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact throughout the entire campaign lifecycle from pre-sale to post-sale. • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams on RFP responses, developing tailored campaign proposals that align with client objectives and deliver measurable results. • Partner with Editorial, Ad Ops, Audience Growth, and Performance teams to ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly, delivered on time, and exceed brand KPIs. • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide insightful wrap reports to client partners. • Identify opportunities for upselling to drive business growth and retention.
• Bachelor’s degree (Advertising, Marketing, Communications or other relevant areas) • 1-2 years of experience in digital publishing sales support (pre and post sale) • Exceptional communication and client service skills • High attention to detail and strong time management and prioritization skills • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and strategically solve problems • Fluency in digital media pricing models such as CPM; CPUV; CPC, etc. • Strong understanding of DCM, Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Google Ad Manager, Google Analytics • Familiarity with DoubleVerify, Crossix, IQVIA, etc.
