📋 Description

• Raise sales invoices and follow up on cash collections • Process and log accounts payable transactions, including invoice matching and tax review • Process supplier and other payment proposals according to due dates • Process and record daily bank transactions and entries in the ERP system • Complete monthly bank reconciliations for multiple bank accounts • Investigate and explain reconciliation anomalies before independent review and filing • Complete monthly trade debtor and trade payable reconciliations • Support employee expense report processing, including accuracy, tax review, receipts and line manager approval checks • Assist with monthly close and journal management through accurate ERP entries • Assist with month-end and year-end preparation and procedures • Provide information to auditors • Perform other ad hoc responsibilities as required

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of good GCSE levels or equivalent in English and Mathematics • Experience with an ERP system desirable but not essential • NetSuite experience an advantage • Attention to detail and ability to provide accurate and timely information to a high standard • Ability to plan, organise and prioritise workload • Ability to coordinate with others and meet statutory and other deadlines • Proactive and diplomatic • Ability to multitask effectively • Ability to work as part of a team and independently • Ability to commit to at least two trips per year within the UK
