📋 Description

• Lead and facilitate industry workstreams made up of senior experts from across the global biopharma sector • Create highly collaborative environments to help members solve complex manufacturing and operational challenges • Guide projects from concept through to delivery • Work on initiatives focused on future facility design, autonomous process systems, and technology adoption • Deliver outputs including industry guidance, benchmarking reports, business case frameworks, and strategic tools

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in life sciences, biotechnology, pharmaceutical manufacturing, CDMOs, or consulting • Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills • Experience leading projects or change initiatives • Ability to simplify complex topics into actionable outcomes • Proactive and adaptable mindset • Confidence working in fast-paced, evolving environments
