📋 Description

• Facilitate and lead workstreams, creating engaging and collaborative environments for experts • Build relationships with members and adapt engagement approaches to different perspectives • Guide projects from initial idea to meaningful outcome • Structure activities, manage timelines and maintain workstream focus • Convert complex discussions into industry guidance, publications, business cases, proof of concepts and conference presentations • Lead virtual and face-to-face events • Identify emerging challenges using engagement data and member feedback • Take early action when groups lose momentum • Communicate the value and impact of BioPhorum’s collaborative model • Collaborate with colleagues across BioPhorum to share insights and improve working practices • Deliver a consistent One BioPhorum experience

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing projects, programmes or change initiatives • Background in life sciences, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CDMO or consulting • Ability to facilitate groups effectively and guide people through differing opinions or competing priorities • Ability to build credibility and strong relationships with senior stakeholders and subject matter experts • Ability to ask effective questions and turn complex discussions into clear, actionable outcomes • Ability to communicate complex topics in simple, accessible language • Ability to structure projects, manage timelines and maintain momentum • Good judgement and decision-making based on available information • Ability to adapt approach when circumstances change and work iteratively • Collaborative approach and openness to constructive feedback • Proactive, organised and comfortable working independently in a remote environment • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing organisation with evolving priorities
