📋 Description

• Managing and maintaining our Microsoft 365, Azure and cloud infrastructure • Administering Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint and endpoint management • Providing responsive technical support and resolving complex user issues • Strengthening our cybersecurity posture through practical security controls and best practice • Managing device lifecycle, user access, patching, backups and business continuity activities • Working with third-party IT providers to ensure excellent service delivery • Identifying opportunities to improve resilience, automate processes and enhance the user experience • Supporting infrastructure projects, upgrades and service improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Azure environments • Experience administering Entra ID, endpoint management and collaboration platforms • Excellent troubleshooting skills across cloud infrastructure, devices and user support • Good knowledge of IT service management, patching, backups and change control • Practical understanding of cybersecurity and operational risk • Experience working with third-party suppliers and managed service providers • The ability to prioritise competing demands while delivering an excellent service • Experience with Dynamics 365, SharePoint and other SaaS business platforms would be advantageous, as would Microsoft, Azure, ITIL or cybersecurity certifications.
