• Build trusted, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders across global biopharma • Develop and deliver strategic account plans that maximise member engagement, retention and growth • Help members identify and communicate the tangible value generated through collaboration • Support membership renewals, commercial conversations and cross-Phorum opportunities • Capture client feedback and influence the future direction of the Technology Strategy programme • Facilitate leadership meetings, member events and strategic discussions • Monitor account health, identify opportunities and proactively manage risk • Create compelling member communications, value reports and engagement materials
• A strong understanding of the biopharmaceutical industry • Experience managing strategic client relationships in a commercial or account management role • A track record of delivering value, driving engagement and supporting revenue growth • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills • Strategic thinking balanced with strong execution and attention to detail • Confidence working with senior leaders across complex global organisations • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment where collaboration is at the heart of success
