📋 Description

• **Tax review and technical guidance** • Review and validate calculations of the main federal, social security, municipal and sector-specific taxes; • Analyze ancillary obligations, propose adjustments and recommend improvements to established procedures; • Prepare reports presenting alternatives and associated risks, in accordance with current legislation. • **2. Validation of ancillary obligations** • Monitor periodic (monthly and annual) filing and delivery of: • DCTF, DERE, PER/DCOMP, EFD-Contribuições, EFD-Reinf, eSocial, ISS; • ECD and ECF; • Flag inconsistencies and provide guidance for corrections within operational deadlines. • **3. Analysis of strategic issues** • Assess the tax treatment of losses from uncollectible receivables (Law No. 14.467/2022), including: • Eligibility of financial assets, application of factors A and B, related parties, recovered credits, financial charges and transition of balances; • Study the realization of tax credits based on CMN Resolution No. 4.842/2020. • **4. Tax Reform and Special Regime** • Support the company's adaptation to EC No. 132/2023 and LC No. 214/2025, focusing on: • CBS and IBS: definition of tax base, deductible expenses, criteria for credit compensation; • Special Regime: eligibility criteria, new ancillary obligations, risks and opportunities. • **5. Technical opinions on demand** • Prepare technical opinions on specific cases involving calculation, payment, withholdings and interpretation of tax rules; • Sign opinions based on active registration with the CRC (when applicable); • Deliver opinions within up to 10 business days, as requested.

🎯 Requirements

• **Education:** • Bachelor's degree: Accounting, Business Administration or Economics. • **Required knowledge:** • Chart of accounts for financial institutions; • RFB regulations (IN RFB 2121, IN 1700 and Law No. 14.467/22); • BCB regulations (CMN Res. No. 4.966/21, BCB Res. No. 352/23); • Calculation of direct taxes (IR/CS) and indirect taxes (PIS/COFINS and ISS).
