📋 Description
• Assist with installation of roofing sealant and coating systems • Prepare roof surfaces by cleaning, drying, and setting up materials • Apply coatings and sealants according to company and manufacturer standards • Load and unload materials and equipment • Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites • Follow all company and OSHA safety policies • Communicate jobsite issues or concerns to leadership
🎯 Requirements
• Construction, roofing, or trade experience preferred but not required • Willingness to learn roofing sealant systems and jobsite procedures • Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team • Strong attendance and reliability • Valid driver’s license preferred
