📋 Description

• Provide daily supervision, direction, and guidance to contract personnel responsible for remote-access user support and training. • Organize, direct, and monitor the work of qualified personnel. • Schedule personnel rotations to ensure efficient and effective helpdesk coverage and support operations. • Coordinate with the government lead and support contract personnel responsible for remote-access user support and training.

🎯 Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship required. • Clearance: Secret or higher • Minimum of five (5) years of DoD experience within the past ten (10) years supporting and managing large, complex program management supporting DoD customers utilizing Oracle Federal Financials. • Experience as a project/team lead or Agile certification to ensure coordination with government lead. • Minimum of seven (7) years’ experience within the past ten (10) years in direct support of DAI financial and accounting operations. • Experience with DAI modules, Budget to Report, Cost Accounting, Procure to Pay, Oracle Time and Labor, OAS, and Order to Cash is preferred. • Minimum of 1 year experience with AI tools and integration. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and problem-solving. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
