📋 Description

• Lead the creation of UK-focused design assets across campaigns, social, web, product visuals, and marketing materials • Execute and evolve BJAK’s new UK brand identity, maintaining clarity, consistency, and premium quality • Adapt visual language for different UK audiences — consumers, partners, and internal stakeholders • Ensure all design output aligns with UK brand standards and business goals • Work closely with UK marketing, content, product, and performance teams to deliver effective, on-brand work • Partner with the Creative Manager to contribute to UK brand and design direction • Provide guidance and feedback to junior designers, raising overall creative quality • Maintain and refine UK brand guidelines, templates, and design systems

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in brand, graphic, or visual design roles • A strong portfolio demonstrating brand storytelling and execution excellence • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma • Experience with or strong interest in motion tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro) • Solid command of typography, layout, composition, and visual consistency • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and mentor junior designers
