📋 Description
• Remote position: develop engaging graphics, social media creatives, presentations, and marketing materials aligned with brand identity • Translate recruitment campaigns, client projects, and internal initiatives into compelling visual concepts • Collaborate with recruiters, marketers, and account managers to design visuals that enhance communication strategies • Ensure all designs reflect Black & Grey HR’s tone, style, and messaging across platforms • Stay updated on design trends and experiment with fresh ideas to keep content modern and impactful • Manage multiple design requests simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality • Shape visual identity to influence, inspire and connect audiences
🎯 Requirements
• 0-1 year of experience (listed as 0-1 year) • Prior work experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role • Strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Canva (Figma experience is a plus) • Ability to think outside the box and create unique visuals tailored for diverse audiences • Strong eye for typography, color, and layout with meticulous attention to detail • Ability to understand project briefs and translate ideas into engaging visual solutions • Capable of managing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
