📋 Description
• Make outbound calls to potential clients and candidates, introducing Black & Grey HR’s services and opportunities. • Research and qualify leads through cold calls, follow-ups, and database outreach. • Nurture strong client and candidate connections to set the stage for long-term partnerships. • Work closely with recruiters and account managers to align communication strategies with business needs. • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads and feedback in CRM and ATS. • Consistently meet and exceed call targets, conversion rates, and performance goals.
🎯 Requirements
• 1-3 years of experience (Work Experience 1-3 years). • Prior work experience as a Telemarketer, Telesales Representative or similar role. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive, professional tone. • Familiarity with CRM systems and ATS platforms (Zoho Recruit experience is a plus). • Proficiency with MS Office tools. • Self-motivated, resilient and able to thrive in a target-driven environment. • Strong time-management and multitasking abilities.
