📋 Description

• Deliver comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management for children, adolescents, and young adults. • Conduct evaluations, assessments, and medication management for the 2–26 age range. • Work with therapists to create treatment plans that address the root cause of behavior. • Educate parents and caregivers, helping them navigate their child’s mental health journey.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s Degree from an accredited nursing program. • PMHNP-BC certification. • At least one year of independent psychiatric experience working under licensure. • Active license in PA, VA, NJ, or MD (OR a current license in another state and a willingness to obtain these via Blackbird sponsorship). • DEA license and State Prescriptive Authority. • Flexibility to work during core after-school hours (after 4 pm ET) and/or weekends.
