📋 Description

• Own and maintain Black Duck's list pricing across all product lines • Define pricing tiers and document structures as authoritative reference • Drive annual and ad hoc pricing reviews, synthesizing inputs into pricing recommendations • Establish pricing governance processes to prevent unauthorized discounting • Partner with Product and Product Marketing to design and evolve packaging

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in pricing strategy, revenue strategy, product pricing, or related function within enterprise SaaS or software • Demonstrated ownership of list pricing, including rate card design and pricing governance • Strong analytical skills with ability to build pricing models in Excel or equivalent tools • Proven ability to translate quantitative analysis and market research into recommendations • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Finance, and Sales
