📋 Description

• Collaborates with different stakeholders from various Business areas — enabling better visibility into key metrics. • Designs, builds, and maintains BI dashboards and data models that connect business data to broader business objectives. • Partners with Data Engineering to enhance data pipelines and ensure that financial and operational datasets are accurate, timely, and well-governed. • Transforms complex datasets into executive-ready insights and visualizations that drive strategic decisions. • Supports initiatives that improve how financial and operational data are surfaced and consumed — reducing manual reporting and improving self-service capabilities. • Leads BI projects end-to-end, from requirements gathering and design through testing and deployment, with a strong focus on data accuracy and stakeholder engagement. • Mentors colleagues and stakeholders in BI best practices, promoting data literacy across the business.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's (or Master's) in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Computing Science, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or related discipline. • 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or Analytics. • Proven track record designing and delivering BI dashboards and data models for corporate reporting and decision-support.
