📋 Description

• Support federal audit readiness, property documentation, record reconciliation, and remediation efforts • Review and organize facility documentation, including photos, surveys, acquisition/disposal packets, and supporting records • Support validation, cleanup, and remediation activities to improve real property record accuracy and completeness • Perform completeness checks to identify missing documentation, duplicate records, and inconsistencies in property data • Assist with reconciling Automated Property System of Record (APSR) data against supporting documentation • Support State Assistance Visits, onsite and virtual inspections, found-on-site checks, and completeness surveys through documentation collection and note-taking • Maintain remediation logs, status updates, and SAV report inputs for audit tracking and reporting • Use Excel, SharePoint, Power BI, or similar platforms to track progress and support reporting • Maintain organized documentation using established naming conventions and federal recordkeeping standards • Coordinate with State personnel, facility managers, auditors, and internal teams to collect information and resolve documentation gaps • Support high-volume travel requirements during Base Year State Assistance Visits

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Technology, or a related field • 6+ months of relevant experience through an internship, entry-level position, academic project, or similar experience involving financial analysis, data management, auditing, compliance, or documentation • Active Secret Security Clearance • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 35%, including high-volume travel during Base Year State Assistance Visits
