📋 Description

• Responsible presentation and active sale of our collections to the existing customer base on site • Independently scheduling appointments and providing comprehensive support to our retail partners and key account customers within the assigned sales territory • Proactive acquisition of new customers and expert consulting on assortment design and optimal product placement • Regular customer visits to ensure attractive merchandise presentation, structured product displays and continuous product availability on the sales floor • Continuous monitoring of market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and areas for improvement • Monitoring sell-through and targeted restocking during the season to maximize retail sales performance

🎯 Requirements

• Passion for hunting, sports and outdoor apparel; preferably combined with commercial training in retail apparel or the clothing industry • Enthusiasm and expertise in technical apparel • Ideally several years of experience in field sales • Customer- and service-oriented mindset, with personal commitment and ambition • Confident use of MS Office and modern communication tools, plus good English skills • High motivation, strong persuasion and negotiation skills, together with good analytical and conceptual abilities • Strong communication, presentation and closing skills • Friendly personality with a positive mindset and strong enthusiasm • Efficient, responsible and independent working style, while still team-oriented • Willingness to travel extensively and a valid driving license required • Strong affinity for hunting is an advantage
