📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • The professional will be responsible for managing user stories and coordinating with developers, ensuring test integrity and approvals for code and configuration deployments via Copado. • This professional must have strong knowledge of CI/CD processes and rigorously follow the documentation required for audit purposes. • Define and coordinate the execution of test procedures and develop test cases to support the overall quality assurance process. • Develop and maintain technical documentation (processes, designs, projects, etc.). • Develop and implement maintenance procedures, monitor system integrity, collect system metrics, and troubleshoot reported errors and alarms. • Participate in the deployment, maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting of critical business applications and systems. • Participate in the development, analysis, prioritization, and organization of specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and testers. • Implement best practices for scalability, supportability, maintainability, and system performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Technical diploma or higher (required) • Bachelor's degree (preferred) • Field of study: Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields • Preferred: Technical certifications in Software Development or Software Applications • Language: Fluent English to meet global requirements. • Experience with Copado CI/CD in large organizations, with a specific focus on deployments and pipeline management. • More than 7 years of experience working with information technology and systems analysis. • Strong knowledge of business processes and how data and software applications support them. • Hands-on knowledge of SAP S/4HANA in the SD/OTC area is a plus. • Hands-on experience with Pricefx is a plus. • Strong IT skills, including hardware, software, and analytical capabilities. • Proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions. • Strong understanding and knowledge of principles and practices related to commercial applications and/or SaaS. • Knowledge of agile methodologies and frameworks, such as Kanban, is desirable. • Strong proficiency in estimation and planning. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Visio, and Teams.
