📋 Description

• Educate healthcare providers and staff about BlinkRx services and benefits • Engage providers and staff to reconfirm benefits and grow BlinkRx usage • Conduct proactive outbound phone outreach to provider offices • Identify and act on growth opportunities and position access solutions for patients • Maintain account conversations and relationships across an assigned territory • Manage regular touchpoints, track engagement, and ensure continuity of service • Serve as the first point of contact for prescription- or patient-specific inquiries • Build relationships with practices and offices and remove access barriers • Create custom profiles for healthcare providers’ prior authorization support and status-update preferences • Support the Brand Field team with healthcare provider and BlinkRx questions • Introduce partner field representatives to BlinkRx • Provide approved communications to healthcare providers about patient status compliantly

🎯 Requirements

• Background in pharmacy sales, healthcare account management, or outbound sales in a healthcare/pharma setting is strongly preferred • Understanding of prescription workflows across provider offices and pharmacy channels • Solution-oriented mindset with strong analytic capabilities • Client success and account management ability with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients • Comfort with outbound calling and contacting provider offices • Ability to introduce new products or services and drive conversations forward professionally • Willingness to travel as business needs demand, including internal training sessions, industry conferences, and occasional in-person HCP visits • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment • Ability to prioritize duties and manage multiple projects from start to finish with minimal supervision • Strong time-management and organizational skills • Strict confidentiality and impeccable judgment • Ability to coordinate several tasks simultaneously • Experience with a CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and softphone system is preferred
