• Assist clients with travel planning, including flights, hotels, and vacation packages • Provide destination recommendations based on client preferences • Manage bookings and maintain accurate client records • Stay updated on travel trends, promotions, and supplier offerings • Deliver excellent customer service throughout the booking process
🎯 Requirements
• Strong interest in travel and customer service • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively • Comfortable using online booking tools and platforms • Reliable internet connection • Previous experience in travel, sales, or customer service (preferred) • Familiarity with booking platforms or travel systems (preferred)
