📋 Description

• Detect and investigate bonus abuse, multi-accounting, payment fraud and suspicious player activity. • Review flagged accounts, transactions and withdrawals. • Develop fraud detection rules and controls to reduce losses while protecting legitimate players. • Work with payments, compliance and customer support to resolve cases and report emerging risks. • Work closely with marketing to approve reward and bonus schemes and mitigate the risk of gaming.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience in a fraud and risk role at an online crypto casino is essential. • Proven experience identifying bonus abuse, linked accounts, payment fraud and chargebacks. • Confident using fraud tools, device fingerprinting and player transaction data. • Strong investigative skills and sound judgement when handling suspicious activity. • Able to independently manage cases and take ownership of fraud processes. • Experience with crypto casinos and crypto payments is essential. • Able to provide mathematical models to challenge the casino, casino games, and marketing campaigns to minimise fraud
