📋 Description

• Deploy, operate, and maintain Blitzy's self-hosted platform within a customer-controlled, secure cloud environment • Own Kubernetes-based deployments, including releases, upgrades, capacity planning, and performance benchmarking for compute-intensive AI workloads • Design and maintain observability covering logging, metrics, tracing, and alerting within the customer's security boundary • Serve as Blitzy's on-account technical presence with customer infrastructure, security, and governance teams • Support provisioning, reviews, documentation, and operational escalations • Handle sensitive customer data according to customer security requirements and champion security best practices • Feed lessons learned into Blitzy's product and infrastructure roadmap • Support customer onboarding, deployment planning, monitoring, alerting, incident response, SLOs, and capacity validation

🎯 Requirements

• U.S. citizenship required and ability to complete a customer background/badging process • 3+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering • Strong proficiency in Kubernetes and container orchestration • Hands-on experience deploying software into customer-controlled or restricted environments • Experience operating in isolated, restricted, or highly regulated network environments • Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, Pulumi, or equivalent • Experience with at least one major cloud platform • Deep expertise in observability tooling, incident management, and on-call practices • Strong scripting and automation skills in Python, Go, Bash, or similar • Excellent communication skills for working with customer engineering, security, and governance stakeholders • Experience deploying or operating software in government-accredited or similarly certified cloud environments is a plus • Familiarity with sensitive data handling and regulated-industry security frameworks is a plus • Experience supporting AI/ML workloads or supporting infrastructure is a plus • Prior forward-deployed, residency, or embedded-engineer experience is a plus • Prior high-growth startup experience is a plus
