📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, accessible web applications using modern frontend technologies. • Partner with cross-functional teams—including designers, product managers, and backend engineers—to translate user needs and product requirements into seamless UI/UX experiences. • Ensure code quality, maintainability, reliability, and accessibility through robust testing practices, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing. • Optimize web applications for performance, scalability, and accessibility, ensuring inclusivity for all users. • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and advancements in frontend development and blockchain technology. • Mentor and support junior and mid-level engineers, fostering an inclusive and collaborative learning culture. • Contribute to Wallet Engineering Team efforts and collaborate across engineering, design, and product to deliver institutional-grade blockchain tools.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in frontend development with a strong portfolio of web applications. • Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks such as React, Svelte, or Vue. • Strong understanding of modern web technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles. • Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX, or Vuex). • Familiarity with design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency and scalability. • Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines. • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in diverse, cross-functional teams. • Experience with AI tools like Cursor, Claude Code or other relevant LLM development tools. • A growth mindset and openness to learning new technologies. • Nice-to-have: involvement in building crypto wallets, exchanges, or other financial software. • Nice-to-have: exposure to blockchain technology, smart contracts, or web3 tools such as ethers.js, wagmi, or web3.js. • Nice-to-have: experience working with data visualization libraries (e.g., D3.js, Chart.js). • Nice-to-have: familiarity with GraphQL APIs and backend integration. • Nice-to-have: knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and experience building inclusive, accessible user experiences. • Tech stack familiarity: React, Typescript, Mobx/Redux, Mantine Core.
