📋 Description

• About Blockworks: an information platform at the center of the crypto industry delivering research, news, insights, and events • Work with Production team to create and direct content for Blockworks' suite of podcast productions • Collaborate directly with podcast hosts to shape narrative and execution of episodes • Research, draft, and develop episodes end-to-end, including interviewee briefings and social clips • Identify, source, and secure guests with potential for compelling stories • Author dynamic show and episode copy to drive engagement and downloads • Support in-person conference content and live panels • Learn and embrace the Blockworks audience; uncover insights to stimulate engagement and content evolution • Drive sponsorship engagement and build campaigns that grow awareness, audience, and revenue • Embrace experimentation and comfort with ambiguity in production work

🎯 Requirements

• Crypto enthusiast with deep understanding of crypto and associated industries • Highly organized and detail-oriented; excellent at managing complex projects with multiple moving parts • Demonstrated success managing complex workflows, ideally in media or content creation • Ability to think critically about meaningful content and shape narrative • Confident, collaborative, and able to work independently • Strong audience acquisition and retention instincts • Significant experience in finance and digital asset space preferred • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Creative and data-driven; ability to analyze results and measure performance • Technical and content creation aptitude is a plus • Experience in production promotion marketing is a plus • Demonstrated ability to analyze outcomes and continuously improve productions
