• Significant hands-on experience delivering complex penetration testing engagements • A track record of leading technical teams and owning financial performance against hard targets • Senior-level industry certification — CREST CCT, CHECK Team Leader, or equivalent demonstrable capability • Confidence to challenge technical assumptions in the room
