📋 Description

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into product improvements • Design and develop clean, maintainable, high-quality software • Apply software development principles, including functional patterns • Conduct code reviews and contribute to technical excellence • Guide technical direction for major initiatives • Shape how the product evolves • Mentor team members • Share knowledge openly with colleagues • Continuously improve processes, tools, and team practices • Own the product roadmap and product outcomes end to end

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience • 3+ years of experience in a software engineering role • Strong understanding of software development principles, Clean Code, and Clean Architecture • Ability to translate business problems into precise requirements, specifications, and code • Ability to link daily work to team and company goals, balance cost and benefit, and deliver high-quality solutions efficiently • Responsibility for technical work, the product, and the team • Proactive support of team goals • Ability to simplify complex systems, identify core concepts, and communicate complex ideas to different stakeholders • Experience or knowledge of Golang, MySQL, Docker, Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure (GCS, AWS, or Azure), and GitHub CI/CD • Legal authorization to work in the country of employment
