📋 Description

• Achieve assigned sales targets • Develop Blue Bird’s Dealer network and expand dealer sales • Promote Blue Bird’s various product offerings • Manage performance metrics against established benchmarks • Serve as the liaison between Blue Bird Corporation and its Southwest region and dealer network • Establish dealer sales targets and direct sales targets for FTA and major fleets • Monitor performance against established metrics • Assist dealers in the development of an annual business plan • Provide training for dealers and their teams • Address dealer issues and concerns as required • Promote Blue Bird’s product offerings to dealers and customers at trade shows

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business related field (Recommended) • 3+ years experience working in a dealership/dealer-based or direct sales company environment • If no degree, 7+ years of experience • Must live within a 60-mile radius of a Southwest region major metropolitan airport • Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States and will be required to provide proof of employment eligibility at the time of hire.
