• 8+ years of experience in Program Management, PMO Leadership, or Marketing Operations in a digital or consulting environment. • Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment across product, delivery, and business teams. • Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills — both written and verbal. • Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. • Deep understanding of marketing, product lifecycle management, and business-process optimization. • Experience implementing governance frameworks and data-driven reporting mechanisms.
