📋 Description

• We are looking for a Prompt Engineer to join our AI Team to help us develop our inbound sales chatbot, Jarvis. Jarvis is written in Python using the LangChain framework. As of the time of this writing, Jarvis has participated in over half a million sales inquiries, providing helpful assistance to prospective guests browsing our properties on our website or third-party channels such as Apartments.com, Zillow, PropertyFinder, and many more. It is designed to handle guest inquiries across a wide range of topics like pricing and availability, viewing arrangements, and recommending alternative properties. • Over the past two years, the project has evolved to its current state through a meticulously data-driven approach to building capabilities. • You’ll compose prompts, chains and graphs to create an advanced LLM-based agent. Expect to get your hands on: Python, Flask and LangChain; LangSmith for observability and evaluation; PostgreSQL for persistence. • We’re always exploring new technologies that help us take our chatbot to the next level. • Some stats: 500,000 inquiries participated in; 700,000+ messages sent; 4.9 (out of 5) average rating; Less than 2.5% hallucination rate. • What to expect: To work in a small, agile, data-driven, customer-obsessed team; To deep dive into the details of the sales process; To enjoy some quality engineering on a multitude of technologies; A rapidly growing company; Cool and helpful colleagues :) • Interview process: Dialogue with Talent Acquisition Team (30m); Live Coding: Evaluating Coding skills (90m); Tech Dialogue: CS skills (90m); System Design & Executive Dialogue (60m) • What we are looking for: 3+ years of industry experience in software development; Professional experience with at least 2 different modern programming languages/paradigms; A strong CS background; A hands-on attitude; Strong skills in Python; Strong background in databases; Excellent communication in English; BS/MS degree in Computer Science or a related subject; Bonus: a full-stack approach
