âą Proficient in Adobe Premiere for video assembly and finishing. âą Solid knowledge of Adobe After Effects for animations, bumpers, motion graphics and compositing. âą Experience using AI tools for video generation, such as Kling, VEO, Runway, Pika and similar, applying AI strategically within the creative workflow. âą Ability to create traffic creatives focused on retention, CTR, short-form storytelling and conversion. âą Knowledge of formats, aspect ratios, codecs, captions, compression and export standards for paid media and LED panels. âą Ability to transform static assets into motion, with strong skills in animated typography, transitions, pacing and moving brand identity. âą Basic editing in Canva for quick materials, one-off communications and simple adaptations. âą Organization of folders, assets and projects (Premiere, After Effects, AI and Canva) in collaborative environments. âą Attention to color grading, audio, synchronization and technical finishing. âą Understanding of storytelling, pacing and visual construction for short- and mid-form narratives. âą Degree in Audiovisual, Film, Multimedia, Advertising, Design or related fields. âą Courses or specializations in video editing (Premiere) and motion design (After Effects). âą Certifications in AI video-generation tools such as Kling, Runway, Pika, VEO or equivalent training will be considered important differentiators.
