• Lead European logistics rollout: select and negotiate with 3PL providers, ensuring optimal service, cost, and reliability. • Design efficient EU inventory flows and fulfilment processes that meet consumer demand and wholesale partnerships. • Establish and implement operational SLAs and compliance frameworks for cosmetics distribution. • Build scalable systems and processes that balance quality, cost control, and growth readiness. • Partner with leadership to ensure operations are fully aligned with the brand’s expansion and commercial goals.
