📋 Description

• Monitor and optimize email deliverability (open/click/reply rates) • Warm up and manage multiple domains, inboxes, and sending infrastructure • Identify and troubleshoot deliverability issues (e.g., spam flags, blacklists) • Work across email platforms such as Smartlead, Quickmail, Instantly, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Salesforce, etc. • Evaluate and integrate AI or automation tools to enhance outreach efficiency • Support internal teams with campaign diagnostics and performance reporting

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in email marketing, ideally focused on cold outbound • Proven track record managing massive-scale email campaigns (10k–20k/day) • Advanced knowledge of email infrastructure, domain warming, and DNS config • Skilled in technical troubleshooting, analytics, and optimizing email metrics • Experience working with a wide range of email platforms such as Smartlead, Quickmail, Instantly, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Salesforce, etc. • Familiarity with inbox rotation, subdomains, and reply routing systems • Strong understanding of AI-driven tools and automation workflows used to improve outreach efficiency, personalization, and deliverability at scale • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating independently.
