📋 Description

• Serve as the primary technology liaison between Engineering pillars and assigned lines of business. • Understand business strategies, processes, regulatory landscapes, and technology pain points to guide technical decisions. • Develop roadmaps and technology enablement strategies with CIO/business unit leadership and product owners. • Act as a technical advocate and escalation point for service delivery, incident management, and change coordination. • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, and solution architecture teams. • Monitor and report on service performance, compliance adherence, and project status. • Ensure solutions follow enterprise security, risk, and compliance frameworks. • Support digital transformation, cloud migrations, and FinTech integrations. • Conduct health checks and CIO business reviews, identifying optimization and innovation opportunities. • Coordinate cross-functional engineering teams, vendors, and third-party service providers for end-to-end solution delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in technical account management, enterprise IT consulting, or solution delivery in financial services • Deep understanding of the financial services domain and one or more lines of business • Strong knowledge of enterprise IT architecture, software development lifecycle, data management, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity practices • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders • Experience managing service-level agreements, vendor relationships, and IT compliance standards • Strong project management and problem-solving skills • Ability to influence without direct authority • Familiarity with financial regulations and frameworks such as Basel III, MiFID II, GDPR, and SOC 2 • Preferred certifications include ITIL, PMP, TOGAF, AWS/Azure Certified Solutions Architect, or similar • Experience with Agile or DevOps methodologies
