📋 Description

• As the Medical Expert Lead (MEL) for Neuropsychiatry, you are BMS’s extension of the global Thought Leader community. • You will engage in authentic, peer-to-peer scientific dialogue with leading neuropsychiatry Thought Leaders to strengthen BMS’s scientific leadership, accelerate patient impact and shape the future of care. • Your insights will inform clinical strategy, evidence generation and launch readiness, ensuring that our innovative medicines reach patients in need.

🎯 Requirements

• MD (or equivalent) with board certification in Psychiatry, Neurology or closely related specialty. • 10+ years of relevant experience in neuropsychiatry. • Proven track record of peer-to-peer engagement with national and global Thought Leaders. • Strong neuropsychiatry experience required: - scientific or clinical area, patient treatment trends, clinical landscape - pharmaceutical industry, including compliance and regulatory guidelines - clinical trial design and process - national and regional healthcare and access environment. • Excellent communication skills; willing to travel up to 60% of the time.
