📋 Description

• Promote approved indications of BMS products within a defined territory or region to meet or exceed assigned sales targets compliantly • Create demand for BMS medicines by presenting balanced clinical and scientific rationale to healthcare providers • Maintain and grow scientific expertise in assigned products and therapeutic areas • Prepare and implement comprehensive territory and account plans • Use CE^3 and other available tools to derive insights and inform call plans • Conduct in-office presentations and discuss label-consistent product-related scientific information with healthcare providers • Organize external speaker programs, including approved speaker selection, scheduling, and logistics • Maintain working expertise on emerging data for approved indications • Engage Medical on Call for unsolicited questions and complex technical inquiries • Collaborate with other field teams to deliver the best customer experience • Gather and share customer insights internally with appropriate stakeholders • Comply with all laws, regulations, and BMS policies

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced scientific degree and/or preferred 5+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience as healthcare sales, MSL, HCP, or nurse • Ability to communicate scientific or clinical data accurately and convincingly to physicians • Experience building and maintaining credibility with key customers, office staff, and customer influence networks • Oncology experience preferred • Strong account management skills and superior selling competencies • Proven sales performance track record of meeting or exceeding goals • Ability to work effectively cross-functionally • Strong selling and promotional skills with a performance track record • Customer/commercial mindset and ability to drive business results • Experience identifying, engaging, and cultivating credibility with customers across the patient care journey • Understanding of the patient journey and ability to customize engagement and tailored messages • Excellent communication and presentation skills for scientific and clinical data • Strong learning mindset and passion for science • Ability to analyze prescribing patterns, market trends, HCP preferences, and clinical/product data • Ability to segment HCPs and tailor communications and product presentations • Ability to use CE^3 for insights and dynamic call planning • Technological agility with digital communication channels, CE^3, CRM tools, internet resources, and Medical on Call • Strong business acumen and ability to develop, execute, and adjust business plans • High integrity and good judgment to perform compliantly under BMS policies and procedures • Must be at least 21 years of age • Must hold a driver's license in good standing issued by the state of residence • Must meet the company's acceptable driving risk requirements • Employment requires operation of a company-provided vehicle
