• Manage, analyze, validate, and prepare facilities data supporting OTSG/MEDCOM operations and Medical Readiness • Conduct data mining, routine analysis, modeling, and research using diverse data sources • Query, interpret, and report data using analytical and research methodologies • Analyze relationships between multiple data systems and blend information using data-management techniques • Identify challenges, determine root causes, and develop recommendations and solutions • Prepare ad hoc queries, reports, data calls, and analytical products • Prepare weekly, monthly, and periodic operational results for stakeholders • Translate analytical findings into reports, specifications, instructions, flowcharts, and other deliverables • Provide analytical and database support for MEDCOM facilities and Army Real Property programs • Review, manage, and validate facility information within Army Real Property Systems • Support Army Facility Investment Plan investment planning and Medical Readiness requirements • Identify discrepancies between facility inventory and system data and recommend corrective actions • Maintain facilities information through data entry, database queries, validation, and quality-control processes • Support creation, maintenance, and updating of business intelligence dashboards • Participate in the full analytical lifecycle from requirements and data extraction through manipulation, reporting, dashboard design, and delivery • Pull, manipulate, analyze, and export data for dashboard and reporting requirements • Support dashboard data integration and management for MEDCOM • Plan and lead database and analytical process-improvement initiatives • Develop standardized procedures, documentation, specifications, instructions, and process flowcharts • Maintain accurate, organized, archived, and accessible knowledge-management documentation • Manage document access permissions and information-sharing requirements • Participate in project meetings as a technical advisor and prepare notes, action items, decisions, and follow-up requirements • Conduct training related to Army Real Property Systems, data processes, dashboards, and analytical deliverables • Provide technical and analytical support to Medical Readiness Commands • Collaborate with MEDCOM, OTSG, project teams, government stakeholders, and other customers • Communicate complex data and analytical findings to technical and non-technical audiences • Travel to locations throughout the United States as needed for program execution, meetings, training, data collection, or government requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field • Minimum of 2 years of experience performing data analyst-related duties • Demonstrated experience working with data dashboards and data integration programs • 5+ years of demonstrated experience using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting • Comprehensive understanding of the MEDCOM mission and operational environment • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to analyze information, interpret results, identify trends, and recommend resolutions • Strong analytical, research, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment • Ability to meet management-established goals, milestones, and deadlines • Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a Real ID or Passport for commercial airfare travel • Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a valid driver's license • Must maintain broadband internet service with at least 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload for remote work; some positions may require 200–300 Mbps download and 25–35 Mbps upload • Cellular hotspot or fixed wireless cellular service may not be used as the primary internet connection • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs • Ability to work atypical hours during site visits when required
