📋 Description

• Analyze and interpret large quantities of data as it related to payment acceptance, chargebacks, fraud rates, and other payment performance metrics • Monitor and forecast payment related metrics, and predict customer behaviors through data analysis and modeling • Understand the key drivers of company KPIs (Key Performance Indicators such as conversion rate, life time value of a customer, chargeback rate, and fraud rate) and the relative contribution of those drivers to the business performance through financial modeling • Review and make recommendations toward our payment processor allocation strategies in order to drive revenue growth • Make recommendations to improve operations, anti-fraud processes and system enhancements

🎯 Requirements

• Finance or other Analytical degree required • 2+ years work experience in an analytical role such as finance or business analytics • Ability to collaborate with and across teams throughout the company, including Finance, Platform, Customer Support, Product, and Marketing to drive results • Extensive experience in building complex financial models, conducting quantitative and qualitative financial analysis and scenario analysis • Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills • Experience in presenting analysis to senior executives and working as a business partner across all departments • Thrive in a complex, fast-paced environment; • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Skills • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
