📋 Description

• Assist with corporate legal matters and documentation • Support contracts, agreements, and NDAs • Research and assist with defamation and reputation-related matters • Monitor and document potentially defamatory or harmful claims • Organize evidence, communications, and legal records • Assist with legal notices, disputes, and claims • Coordinate with lawyers and external legal counsel • Conduct legal research and prepare basic legal summaries • Maintain confidentiality and accurate records • Travel when required for legal meetings, documentation, or other matters

🎯 Requirements

• LLB or equivalent law degree • 0–3 years of experience • Strong legal research and writing skills • Good understanding of corporate law and defamation • Strong attention to detail • Good communication and organizational skills • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters • Willingness to travel when required
