📋 Description

• Manage and update the content calendar • Coordinate with freelance writers and contributors • Schedule interviews and follow-ups • Upload and format articles in CMS (e.g., WordPress) • Proofread basic content before publication • Manage email inbox and organize communications • Maintain Google Drive/Notion systems • Prepare meeting notes and summaries • Track invoices and contributor payments • Schedule posts across social platforms • Assist with captions and hashtags • Monitor comments and messages • Track engagement analytics • Research potential brand partnerships • Assist in outreach emails • Maintain media contact databases • Support the editorial and operational team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year experience as a Virtual Assistant, Admin Assistant, or similar role • Excellent written and verbal English • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Experience with Google Workspace • Experience with Canva • Experience with social media platforms • Experience with WordPress or similar CMS • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines • Basic SEO knowledge • Background in fashion, media, marketing, or digital publishing (bonus)
