📋 Description

• Own product direction and priorities for rePete • Stay deeply connected to customers through direct conversations and insights from Sales, Onboarding, Support, Marketing, and other teams • Turn customer insights, data, market opportunities, and business context into product decisions • Make trade-offs balancing customer needs, business impact, effort, and technical realities • Turn ideas and customer problems into solutions using prototypes, designs, and experiments • Create alignment across founders, executives, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and other stakeholders • Identify blockers, create urgency, and ensure decisions are executed • Use AI tools such as Claude, Lovable, Figma, and Gemini to explore ideas, prototype solutions, accelerate learning, and iterate faster

🎯 Requirements

• Strong product judgment and confidence developing and communicating a clear point of view • Deep customer curiosity and desire to understand underlying customer problems • Commercial instincts and understanding of product impact on adoption, retention, revenue, and growth • Builder mentality and willingness to do hands-on work • Strong prioritization skills • Ability to influence and create alignment across technical teams, business leaders, founders, and executives without formal authority • Comfortable making decisions with imperfect information, moving quickly, learning, and adjusting • Enjoyment of a fast-moving, evolving, highly collaborative startup environment • Strong product design instincts and hands-on Figma experience • Ability to take product ideas from concept to thoughtful, intuitive designs and iterate quickly • Comfortable using AI tools in everyday work • Experience in SaaS, ecommerce, product-led growth, or another fast-moving technology environment is an asset
