📋 Description

• Lead the evolution of Boldin's visual identity and brand story across web, social, product, and motion • Partner with founders and leadership to shape the brand's future • Create and maintain workflows, tools, and templates for consistent brand assets at scale • Partner with marketing on creative direction, campaigns, deliverables, and optimization testing • Work with product to create a cohesive brand experience across the platform • Co-create and maintain brand and product design systems for human and AI-driven workflows • Use AI to accelerate production and exploration while applying taste, judgment, and critical thinking • Empathize with customers and ensure quality and consistency in every brand detail

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of brand design experience, including meaningful in-house work at product companies (fintech or other trust-heavy domains a plus) • A portfolio showing exceptional craft across typography, layout, color, and motion, including brand systems you built, scaled, or evolved • Experience owning a brand's creative direction, including at least one rebrand or brand evolution you led from concept through rollout • Active use of AI in your creative workflow, from ideation to production pipelines, with shipped work and a clear point of view on where AI accelerates and where human judgment matters • Outcomes driven: comfortable tying creative work to marketing tests and business results, and adjusting based on what you learn • Experience partnering directly with founders, executives, and cross-functional teams in a fast-moving startup environment
