📋 Description

• Support org-wide engineering programs such as onboarding, mentorship, promotion cycles, release reviews, and offsites. • Follow established processes to ensure programs are executed efficiently and on schedule. Maintain documentation and process adherence across programs. • Assist in coordinating projects across Engineering, Product, and Design teams. • Track timelines, dependencies, and risks under guidance from the lead TPM. • Ensure smooth communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Use Jira, Scrum boards, and other PM tools to monitor project progress. • Help maintain dashboards, status reports, and basic metrics to support leadership decision-making. • Identify minor process inefficiencies and suggest improvements within scope. • Serve as a reliable partner to the lead TPM and other stakeholders. • Execute tasks that enable the team to meet project goals and deadlines. • Support meetings, documentation, and follow-ups to keep projects on track.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field. • 3–5 years of experience in technical program management, project management, or engineering operations. • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment. • Strong data literacy — proficient in using metrics, dashboards, and analysis tools. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with comfort working across technical and business teams. • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Asana, or Notion, and BI platforms like Looker or Tableau is a plus.
