📋 Description
• Participate in the design of financial derivative trading products and fiat currency-related businesses; • Analyze user needs, combine user feedback and data analysis to propose product optimization and innovation suggestions, enhancing user satisfaction; • Consider technical feasibility and implementation plans, and produce detailed requirement documents and interaction designs; • Monitor project progress, communicate with R&D, operations, and compliance teams, and manage the entire product lifecycle.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or above, with 5+ years of product experience and a track record of leading large-scale projects; • User experience-focused, with a strong passion for and recognition of the financial derivatives industry; • Proficient in both Mandarin and English (written and spoken). • Prior experience in fiat deposit/withdrawal channels and card services is preferred. • Interest in financial markets, with prior experience in financial derivatives and the crypto industry being an advantage. • Experience in developing financial derivatives-related products is preferred; • Strong logical thinking skills and high leadership capabilities.
