📋 Description
• Own, prioritize, and execute across new and existing product lines to drive projects to completion • Create best in class user experiences & products for both institutional and individual users by performing discovery, feature prioritization, creating proof of concepts, and scaling product growth features • Partner closely with Engineering and Design as a part of the product development lifecycle to rapidly iterate and scale the business growth • Analyze user research and data to inform product prioritization • Test new and existing product features to optimize and ensure a seamless user experience • Work on GTM with Growth & Marketing to ship new product features, launch partnerships, and entirely new product lines. • Grow existing products and features through increasing adoption, conversion, and retention • Influence and drive alignment across a diverse set of stakeholders
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of full-time product management experience • 1+ year of start up experience (either as an early stage founder or growth stage) • Familiarity with DeFi protocols and usage of the most popular DeFi applications • Excellent technical and non-technical communication skills, both verbal and written • Strong ownership ability to execute in fast-paced, ambiguous circumstances. • Desirable Familiarity with DeFi protocols and usage of the most popular DeFi applications • Familiarity with financial services (especially across lending & borrowing) terminology and concepts through university coursework or work related experience • Familiarity with smart contracts, blockchain protocols, and EVM networks
