📋 Description

• Provide Level 2 technical support for customers (toB and toC) and client services; investigate issues via logs and analysis; classify urgency and escalate to relevant teams • Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams; document workarounds; define documentation framework for product changes • Gather issue context in Jira and coordinate with Dev Team for bug fixes • Work with Marketing, product managers, data analysts, developers, and industry experts to deliver effective solutions • Use JIRA, Zendesk; Telegram; guide clients to implement trading programs with our API; comfortable with at least one programming language (C++, Java, Python, JavaScript) • Familiar with Linux Shell Script, SQL, ELK (Kibana), Grafana; contribute to internal and external support tooling

🎯 Requirements

• Level 2 technical support experience for toB and toC clients • Investigate issues by examining logs and performing analysis • Provide timely feedback and recommendations; classify urgency and escalate incidents • Act as bridge between clients and internal teams; educate client services; document known issues • Define documentation framework for product changes • Collect issue context in Jira; raise to Dev Team for analysis or bug fixes • Proficiency with at least one programming language: C++, Java, Python, JavaScript (or similar) • Familiarity with RESTful and WebSocket protocols • Experience with Jira, Zendesk, and Telegram for internal/external communication • Basic development capability and API usage to guide clients to implement trading programs • Familiar with Linux Shell Script, SQL, ELK (Kibana), Grafana
