🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of team lead or management experience in a SaaS professional services organization • Proven experience in a technical support or consulting role • Strong problem-solving abilities • Excellent client-facing and communication skills • Strong understanding of system configurations and technical troubleshooting • Experience working with non-profit organizations (preferred)
