📋 Description

• Serve as the marketing manager of the Book Blast program. • Responsible for program positioning and messaging. • Conduct annual program planning. • Provide product enhancement recommendations. • Develop reading engagement initiatives. • Oversee childcare and middle school program evolution. • Implement parent education strategy. • Lead seasonal campaign development. • Provide input for program roadmap. • Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams for innovation and growth. • Own the communication strategy for Book Blast participation and engagement. • Develop customer-facing Book Blast marketing assets. • Identify opportunities to improve program performance. • Develop and optimize participation drivers throughout the Book Blast experience. • Own the testing roadmap for communications and engagement programs.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of marketing experience • Experience developing integrated marketing campaigns • Strong copywriting and messaging skills • Experience managing creative projects and vendors • Experience analyzing campaign performance and customer behavior • Experience working cross-functionally to drive business outcomes • Product marketing experience preferred • Education, literacy, fundraising, or event-based marketing experience preferred • Email marketing experience preferred • Customer journey optimization experience preferred • A/B testing experience preferred • Creative development preferred • Project management preferred
