• Build, manage, and optimize campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads across multiple clients. • Support campaign setup, QA, and creative trafficking for new launches. • Monitor pacing, budgets, and KPIs daily to ensure campaigns stay on track and perform efficiently. • Partner with Growth Strategists and Paid Media Managers to align targeting, messaging, and creative direction with client objectives. • Execute testing plans (ad copy, audience, creative) to identify growth opportunities and improve performance. • Analyze campaign performance data to surface actionable insights and recommend optimizations. • Create clear, concise reports highlighting wins, learnings, and opportunities for improvement. • Conduct data pulls, spend checks, and competitive analysis to support planning and strategy sessions. • Work closely with the Growth Strategy and Data Analytics teams to ensure consistent reporting and tracking across channels. • Communicate findings and performance trends clearly to internal stakeholders and client teams.
• 2–4 years of direct experience managing campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads. • Working knowledge of campaign objectives, bidding strategies, and optimization techniques. • Strong analytical mindset with comfort interpreting performance data and translating it into recommendations. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Drive); advanced Excel skills are a plus. • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple accounts and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred. • Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads, or other paid platforms is a plus. • Familiarity with Google Ads Editor, automation tools, or bulk editing workflows is a plus. • Background in CRO, A/B testing, or data visualization is a plus.
