📋 Description

• Bounteous x Accolite is looking for an experienced, Lead Designer to join our growing design practice. • The Lead Designer is responsible for leading and contributing to the quality, creativity and delivery of projects across multiple industry verticals. • Passion for design keeps you close to the work, driving conceptual solutions and quality standards. • Serve as a mentor to designers, helping shape their personal skills and design perspectives. • Lead Designers are strong communicators who present design decisions with confidence and clarity. • The Experience Design Team creates meaningful experiences in UX, product, visual, motion, and brand design.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of visual design experience, specifically in web design, preferably at a digital agency. • Polished client presentation skills, with the ability to clearly communicate how the work addresses client challenges. • Experience leading self and/or fellow designers on project teams from start to finish with limited oversight. • Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel). • Experience with Adobe After Effects or similar motion graphics programs a plus.
